The EU grant holder and her team met with the Rector, the Head of the International Relations Department, and the MONEUL project leaders of the Western Branch of the National University of Mongolia (KNUM). The purpose of the meeting was to discuss various aspects of the MONEUL project. Key discussion points included the project work packages, ensuring that all tasks are clearly defined and assigned to the appropriate teams, the timeline for project milestones, with specific deadlines to ensure timely progress and completion, purchase procedure for the necessary equipment and library resources required for the project, and planning the procurement process to ensure all materials are acquired efficiently, selecting the faculty members who will be responsible for teaching the new course developed under the MONEUL project and the travel to Belgium in 2025 schedule and content including considerations for academic exchange and collaboration opportunities.
